The Inaugural Stowe Story Labs / SKYFIRE Fellowship

Honolulu, Hawai’i. October 20, 2022.

We are excited to announce a new Fellowship in partnership with Stowe Story Labs, a nonprofit dedicated to emerging screenwriters, filmmakers, and creative producers to help get their work made and seen. The inaugural Stowe Story Labs/SKYFIRE Fellowship will be awarded to a top emerging genre writer bringing a feature or TV pilot. This can be an original work or adaptation of a manga/comic/novel. Writers with a cross-media background are highly encouraged to apply.

This new Fellowship will cover the cost of a Narrative Lab program, where the recipient will receive tools and feedback on their script, along with all other Fellowship benefits. In addition, the Fellow will receive a $500 travel stipend and $750 for lodging. Learn more about Stowe Fellowships here.
